What started as a simple curiosity in my home kitchen quickly turned into a quiet obsession with wild fermentation, crusty loaves, and the beautiful simplicity of flour, water, and salt. I believe in making bread the old-fashioned way — naturally leavened, patiently fermented, and baked in small batches to ensure quality and care in every loaf.

No shortcuts, no additives — just real bread, made with time and intention.
